Elemental Awareness teamed up with the WLCAC in Watts, CA to bring the Element “No Board Left Behind” program to the kids for the Holidays. The kids brought their used boards and we cut them into cruisers and provided new trucks, wheels, bearings and hardware. After all the cutting was done, we all headed over to the skate park for a session with the new skateboards. Special thanks goes out to the WLCAC and everyone who came out!
Congrats to Tim Prozorov who won the 2011 Make it Count European Finals! Tim won the chance to compete in the Global finals at the Element YMCA Skate Camp, California in June.

Yariel will join other contest winners from all over the world at Element YMCA Skate Camp for finals in June, along with a trip to The Berrics! Next stop is Denver!
Dylan Christopher is a 23-year old with a mission… He is riding his bicycle across the country, and documenting the entire voyage. As an instructor for Elemental Awareness at the Element YMCA Skate Camp, the EA family have come together to sponsor Dylan’s adventure. With the funds raised by her Mr Big Sur event last December, Element Advocate Amber B has been scouting for a lucky kid to receive full scholarship to Element YMCA Skate Camp. After months of searching Amber finally found a winner, 13yr old Victoria Ruesga! Victoria will get an all expenses paid trip up to Element YMCA Skate Camp and a week among the beautiful Sequoia trees.
